I’ve been a wellness writer for five years, and within that time, I started a podcast called The Mindful Health Podcast.
At first, I didn’t know whether this would be a success as it was something that I just felt called to do. I was going through some personal issues, physically and mentally, and started searching for answers on how I can take back control over my life without needing to strain my wallet for some fancy gym membership or wellness retreat.
During that time, I realized that I was able to change my entire well-being by implementing science-based research and small consistent habits that changed my entire life for the better.
This is basically like the articles I write but in podcast form!
